I was shocked when I was sent back by the store personnels at their J.P.Nagar store at 8.15 p.m. on 02.01.2023 saying that they close at 8.00 p.m. In today’s competitive World if Urban Ladder can afford to send back a potential customer without even caring to open the glass door(All staff were inside the store), then perhaps this is not the right place for me to shop for my whole new home furniture. Loss is theirs.
