I came to know about UL around 5 years ago when the company was relatively new and used to offer limited products.I fell in love with the designs and the concept when I saw the products online. I have purchased a coffee table, dinning table(6 people), a tv unit and a shoe cupboard from them in last 4 years and honestly I am very happy with the products, service and importantly their prices. I did visit their competitors sites for comparison and I felt UL products were fairly priced. Well, I preferred UL for wood only products as I didn’t like their sofas etc. What I personally feel is in the race of offering more and more products, UL is slowly losing their original taste . When I see so many negative reviews I feel surprised and equally sad, as I know UL as one of the really good market place offering unique, stylish and contemporary designed furniture.
I also have experienced their replacement policy and they changed one product in a week when I was not so satisfied with the piece I got delivered home.
I definitely recommend UL for wooden only products(as I haven’t experienced their sofas and rugs and carpets and bean bags etc).
