I have bought more than 5 furitures from urban ladder since last year. This website is really better than FABFURNISH and PEPPERFRY. I have bought QUEEN size bed, 2 SIDE Tables, 1 DINING table with 6 chairs, few cushions, Dining mats, and a pair of door mats. I stay in MUMBAI and delivery here is really superfast

Product quality is always good. But I am giving it 4* as for the price its not much worthy of it. But as I used a lot of coupons, I got 5000 rupee off on everything so it was indeed worthy for that price.
Delivery Timeliness was good 90% of time. Only when they were delivering the bed, they delayed it to such an extent that I really got annoyed, but yes when it got delivered, I was amazed to see its quality. I bought a full teak wood queen size bed at only 15000INR.
APP and WEBSITE experience is also nice.
In the end I would like to say that it is indeed worthy and reliable to purchase furniture with URBANLADDER, but make sure to use coupons.
