Haven’t heard from these guys in spite of calling customer care umpteen number of times. I received damaged furniture and they don’t bother to acknowledge my concern and then they talk about superior customer services.
Pathetic is the word which I use for Urbannladder. Would never buy from them again and I work in a IT company and would ensure none of my friends or colleagues buy anything from this stupid website.
