Purchased a cot from Urban Ladder for 40k in 2018.Within a year, the side beam has broken.The product is within warranty.I contacted Urban Ladder about this and one of their carpenters came and checked the damage.Post that, I got a email telling thry dont have that beam and that I need to get it fixed by local vendor. Even a local carpenter will take more accountability than this.Totally frustrated with the experience.Will never buy anything from Urban Ladder again.
