Very disappointed with the service provided by them. Ordered breakfast tray on March 26th which was to be delivered April 10th. They had no courtesy to intimate the customer the order would be delayed. First time when I called I was told it will take another 7 days.
I asked to send an email with the updated delivery date. I was told I will receive one and also a call back. I didnt receive either of them. When I call back the customer care had no call history, and had the audacity to tell me it might take another 15-20 days and the product is out of stock. When I have already made the payment 20 days back. I have asked to cancel the order.
I still have not received any confirmation about the cancellation. Wonder how many times I will have to follow up to get my money back.
