This is not the first time I am doing an online purchase but this is the first time I am doing an online purchase from Urbanladder and trust me this is the last time I am doing any purchase with these guys.
The whole experience has been horrific.
I am yet to receive my product and it has been past the stipulated timeline given by these guys. The customer support has been very un helpfull. I am yet to get any callbacks.The last time I made a purchase with Pepperfry things were so different and the whole transaction was smooth. I WOULD NEVER MAKE ANY PURCHASE WITH URBAN nLADDER NEITHER RECOMMEND IT TO ANY ONE. Disappointed to the core to say the least.
