Last week I booked a repair for my LED TV on urban clap. My TV was having no sound and picture. The technician came on the next day and told us that the motherboard of the TV is damaged and need to be replaced and took TV with him , promising that he will bring TV on the next day but he brought the TV after 3 days. During these 3 days we were constantly contacting the technician and urban clap and we were continuously told that he will come today , this happened for 3 days. Then after 3 days the technician comes with TV which was in even worst condition, the picture on the TV is looking completely white shaded and has no sound. He told us that he could’nt find the spare part and has done whatever he could do.
I called urban clap but of no use, it’s been around 24 hrs since I complained but still no action from urban clap. Pathetic service from urban clap. I will not recommend urban clap to anyone.
