Urban Clap fraud-uc replacing working spare parts

Fraud-Urban Clap technician cheated us and this is confirmed to us by Panasonic technician. Our microwave was not heating and we had booked uc service on 1st April 2018. The technician came and replaced the magnetron without informing us.He told us nothing about about estimate and cost, he just replaced it. We doubted his intent right away and reported the same to uc. He charged us 1750 for it.


2 days back on 12/9/18 the microwave broke down again. This time because of the last experience with uc, we booked service from Panasonic. The Panasonic technician informed us that the earlier uc technician cheated us. He said that the capacitor might have burned earlier but the technician replaced the correct working magnetron of a Panasonic microwave with a used old LG magnetron that he had, just to cheat us and make money. Please see pictures of the LG magnetron. The Panasonic technician just had to reinstall the old Panasonic magnetron and the microwave is working. This is such a big fraud. Also the uc technician was trying to steal our Panasonic magnetron as well after replacing it. We had to ask for replaced part to get it back. We have mentioned same in uc feedback. He is such a big fraud.


When we reported this to urban clap, they ignored such a big fraud done by their technician and told us that warranty period is over so they can’t help.


They are sending cheaters to cheat people. UC is supporting this fraud.


So beware, the service is horrible and there is nothing called customer satisfaction.


The technician didn’t care when replacing a LG magnetron on a panasonic microwave.They just don’t care if its safe or it will work. All UrbanClap cares about is their warranty clause.


Please go for company service directly.
