One of their technician Azam Pasha initially came to service my request promptly and finished the job of my washing machine door lock repair on time. I did the payment also. Next morning, we saw the washing machine door lock was not working properly and contacted him to inspect it once again. He didnt come. I tried 3-4 times to call him in next 2 days, but he didnt pick his mobile. Then, I contacted urbanclap Mr. Arjun(Escalation Manager) and Ruchita(Case Manager) and they promised to send him, but he didnt come. Next day, again I contacted urbanclap and this time Tesjawin(Escalation Manager) and Priyanka(Case Manager) were my contact point. Luckily, the technician came up, but the job is still pending. So, you can see that so many phone calls and follow ups needed, a big frustration for a customer. Hoping that this time, he will complete the pending job.
