VERY VERY POOR UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE

SOMEONE WAS MEANT TO COME TODAY TO DO MY THREADING AND BEARED DYE COLOUR, BUT I HAD TO PHONE HIM TO BE TOLD HE’S NOT COMING!!!! ????THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! AND I WOKE WOKE UP AT 0750am TO BE TOLD HE WON’T BE COMING, BUT HE SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME HIMSELF!!!! I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH SUCH POOR SERVICE!!!!
