I had booked for 2 AC repairs service and on the day of service exactly at the same booking time they call me and confirm that no technician could be found hence they have to reschedule it, when I asked that only when I enquired did they contacted me and now what if the customer cancel at the last minute you deduct the money Rs 49 as non refundable but when you do such things then who will compensate. After a long arguments they asked for my bank details to refund rather to refund the amount in original payment mode. Since I didn’t have the details handy so I asked for call back but no one called and now after reading reviews of others I realise that the money is gone.... Hopeless fraudsters
