Worst service you can imagine. I had 1 ton ac needed servicing. Instead of calling the brand Samsung was influenced by urban clap advertising. it costed me 7K and ac was not functioning. I had to call up Samsung service centre and it again costed me 3K. My recommendation do not get influenced by ad. Go for brand service centre , it’s cheaper cost effective and complete.
