Recently had booked an electrician on urban clap for wiring purpose. I was impressed with the punctuality, but that was the first and the last thing to be impressed about. The guy came did the screening and said "madam, it will come up to 800INR, " I was like fine, please process. He said I need to go and get some products and will come back soon. to my surprise, he never turned back and also cancelled by booking. it was really annoying. Later again I booked an electrician who gave me a quotation of 3500 INR for the same thing. I was literally shocked. As I have no knowledge of this field, I felt they were taking advantage. Later the same day asked an electrician from a near by shop to check. and he ended up charging me 1500. I still don’t know, how can you take undue advantage of your customer. Urban clap needs to work on this.
