Worst Service from UrbanClap

UrbanClap is literally one of the worst services. I booked a house cleaning(bathroom) service for 21st Oct as I was shifting to a new house. Even after repeated confirmation from UrbanClap the house cleaning Service(Home Sevak) did not show up and cited the reason that they are off due to Diwali.


There was no follow up from UrbanClap and now after 10 days I receive I call from UrbanClap on why "I cancelled the service". Today I received an email from UrbanClap that the cleaning service has been done and I need to pay them 899 for them.


Truly a world class service from UrbanClap. Would recommend them if you want to screw your plans, make your life miserable waiting for there service guys to come.
