My cousin had taken salon service from urban clap. My cousin’s skin got burnt, boils and acne because of their waxing. My cousin complained through emails and call but the response from them is so when my cousin was suffering from pain they are saying we are working on your complaint. Very poor service and poor customer handling. They do not understand that a human being is suffering because of their service what will they think of ac and other service. Please never ever take salon service from them. My cousin is suffering a lot my skin has ruined.
