Disappointed

I have booked a massage for my brother and bhabi on urban clap for their anniversary.. Booked a slot of 4:30 but nobody showed up.. I tried to contact customer care but didnt get any call back and response from them..At around 6 , i got a message that it is canceled by them and will get refund within 7 days.. I am highly disappointed by uc for spoiling a special day.
