They sent untrained worker to clean our washrooms. Worker used acid(HARPIC) everywhere and now we have to change flooring of all washrooms. When we tried to contact Urban Clap, they kept us on hold and cut off the line each time. We tried to contact them several times after that too but they were unresponsive. Now we have to spend so much to do all the floorings.
HOW DO THEY MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS? By spoiling homes instead of cleaning them? We were about to get the painting done by them after this but thankfully some unforseen hand/power has warned us against them
