I have aquired service from Urban Company to uninstall and install the AC. The AC was in working condition when uninstalling and while instlling in a different location, the gas leaked right before my eyes and the technician took 3500 rupees to refill to split ACs. While one is working good the other cooling went bad day after day and finally all the gas leaked.
Having a warranty claim, I opened the ticker to fix my issue this company doesn’t want to fix it neither takes responsibility of it. Each executive has their own story, Finally made my AC to not to work. this is very disappointing and why should I pay again after paying 10, 000 rupees. Don’t fool the customers. if you can’t even address the need of the customer, then you are the worst.never will I recommend your service to anyone, let the others know that you are the worst. EVen a single star rating is not worthy.
