I recently booked a washing machine repair service in hyderabad for a drainage issue from Urban Company.The technician removed a part from the machine without informing us and claimed it was faulty.When we inspected the part, it appeared old and unrelated to the issue.When we declined the replacement, he still charged a very high amount.
Later we contacted the brand’s authorised service centre, and they confirmed that the removed part did not need replacement and that it had been taken out incorrectly. Because of this, we now need to buy a new part unnecessarily, even though the original problem was minor.
