So I returned 5 products , out of which 4 products they declared was non refundable as it was not passed their quality test . when I asked the proof , they have nothing to say just automated reply “we received this message from our quality team” and after sometime stop replying to my mails , and closes the enquiry tickets themeselves
They don’t provide any customer care number , not any address
They kept my money , my products everything and on arguing even provide me wrong number
These ppl are jerks
