Bad experience with the service provided

I ordered a business suite from organic which costed me around Rs.3800, but due to the unfit of the product, I tried to return it and exchange it with the new option when I opted for return there was a delivery boy from Urbanic who misbehaved with me so much


I complained regarding the regarding the delivery partner who came to pickup the package.


He didn’t come to pick it up rather was asking me to come to a different location to handover the package. When i asked him to come to the mentioned address he denied coming there rather was yelling at me.


He abused me saying i will not come to pick up the package and declined to receive the package for the pickup. He did this for two days and there was no strict measures taken by urbanic.


After he declined the request of the pickup- I received this msg (Our Executive (+918923XXXX) was unable to pick your URBANIC EXPRESS package with AWB 396541104335 - Delhivery)


No measures has been taken yet and my order is still not picked up which is not helping me to reorder bad client service experience
