Urbanic delivery

This is in relation to the order number id 230518001152042001 and 230519233713042001. I have made the pre-payment for both the orders.

Expected delivery date was of today and there is no update on my orders yet.

I have never faced such issue with Urbanic before and don’t want to face such issue.

Please deliver my products within 1-2 days now.
