My name is Ancy, I was working with an institution as an IELTS trainer when I joined urbanpro in November 2017. Back then, I was a full-time classroom trainer and a part time online trainer. I would tell after 8 months of taking paid membership, I left my job and now I’m a full-time online IELTS trainer.
I would tell, my experience with urbanpro is very good. Some of the enquiries that pops up in the application might be irrelevant, that’s because sometimes the students create enquiry mostly by mistake or they might be looking for offline classes nearby and the advertisement of urbanpro pops in( all thanks to our Google uncle) but it would take sometime to learn to distinguish between the fake ones from the real ones.
But, now, the application has changed a lot I would tell, they have hired an excellent team to find the requirement of the students and match them with the trainers suitable for the students and thus, have lowered the burden of us. And I couldn’t thank more for all the support they provide.
Furthermore, they have created a learning management platform called urbanpro sync application, which has turned out to be a boon for both trainers and students. In a single application, one can give students multiple tasks, play YouTube video, use whiteboard, give content excercise and what not. They have a support team to resolve the technical issues, that too instantly. Whatever issue I face I take a screenshot and send, which is resolved I guess in a short time. I would tell urbanpro is a genuine platform to showcase Ur independent teaching skills and I’m really happy to be a member of urbanpro.
