I am registered as a tutor for Spoken English. Out of the leads provided by UrbanPro whom I contacted, only 2%(yes only 2%) got converted . Many leads don’t have display picture in their WhatsApp numbers, didn’t read my message or didn’t bother to respond to my messages on WhatsApp. This means that many of the leads might be dummy/fake. They(UrbanPro) tricked me to upgrade my membership which didn’t benefit me at all. Now, even though I have more than 800 unused coins, they are not allowing me to contact the leads. As per the message displayed on the site, I shall be able to contact the leads only after I upgrade my membership which means again I have to fork out more money while there are ample number of coins left . Horrible organization! UrbanPro, good bye for ever!
