I rejoined Urban pro as a tutor in June 2023.I paid Rs. 500 for Upgrading to silver coins and Rs. 500 for certification and profile building.
Profile building: I got one call where a lady asked a number of questions , but nothing was done. I think I did receive a certificate, but that too expired in 3 months!
Customer Service: No ownership taken, took one week to reply.
The worst part is that I fell quite seriously ill in end July . When I wanted to start applying yesterday, , I found that my coins had expired as it had just a 3 month ?? validity.
Unlike other sites like Teacheron, I cannot respond to the students’ queries unless I buy more coins.
And they say that it is free for Teachers. WORST SITE EVER.
