I had ordered 3 Face wash and 1 jewellery from this site. The Face wash was not readily available in the market (which I completely agree having searched for that product myself in the market). The customer service representative called me to inform of the unavailability and promised to let me know as soon as it comes; they also gave me the option to refund the amount in case I was unwilling to wait.
They again called me in a couple of days saying only 2 quantities of the product could be procured and readily refunded the amount for one without any hassle. The 2 quantities of Face wash and the jewellery were promptly delivered and was packed well.
I would like to go back to this site again. Also, they have a huge stock of fairly cheap products.
