I have ordered & have paid online on 05.01.2014 for Rs.3, 923/-. Till date, there is no intimation of supply of goods from the website. My order number is 10237948. Website says that the goods will be supplied within 3-4 days.
I have tried to contact the website’s helpline (09034400321) but it has been switched off! Email addressed to the helpline evoked a’system generated’ reply. I am not sure whether this site is a genuine one.
Can anybody advise me, what should I do?
