I have been very patient with Urdoorstep.com as some of their products are priced lowest but they really test one’s patience in terms of delayed delivery and lack of process on refunds. First of all only communication that comes from them after we place an order is the one with the order id and the items. After which there is no communication whatsoever on the status of the order, if any items are missing and if there is any delay in delivery. If the item doesnt come in the promised time, I have written to them to cancel, still the delivery boy turns up whenever he wishes. There is no coordination between the teams there! They owed me a refund of around Rs. 500 accumulated over 5-6 orders as some items were missing. I wrote atleast 10 emails and called them 20 times and each time they promised to revert but they did nothing for 2 months. Finally, I had to take the matter in my hands and pay that much amount lesser in one of the orders.
They are the worst in the market in terms of lack of process. Their website too is slow to load.
I am a frequent shopper from Zopnow, Bigbasket, Irely.in and have had no issues with others.
