I have been using urDoorStep for quite some time now, but I must admit I have seen their product quality and services are compromised over time greatly.
I recently ordered grocery from them and they delivered me a food item which was nearly getting expired. Later when I reached out to the customer care with this concern, they emphasized that I should have checked that at the time of delivery and refused return for the same.
I and I am sure that many order their weekly grocery from online portals like this and it will have multiple items ordered on weekly basis. Over and above if you want to even check for the product validity and quality of the products the delivery boys wont allow you to do that as they are always rushing after dumping your ordered products. UrDoorstep casually will walk away with such lame excuses but imagine people consuming such stuff and falling sick due to the same. I won’t recommend Urdoorstep for weekly grocery shopping to anyone anymore.
