Urvashi Restaurant is one of the worst restautant at lalpur. Yesterday, While I was returning from the shopping from The Eastern mall near this restaurant I visited here. so I ordered chicken tandoori, chicken handi and butter naan. The t aste of the food was tasteless. the taste of the chicken handi was also not good beause they mixed some disgusting items in chicken. I complained about the taste of the food.
The presentation of the food was not good at all. staffs don’t know how to present a plate before customers in a well mannered.
The ambience of the restaurant was not cool, table and chair neither comfortale nor cleaned properly but some dropped food lay on the table. some damp smells came out from kitchen and the floor was dirty also. overall the place looks unhygienic.
The hefty bill which I paid doesn’t satisfy me.
