US Airways will never get my business again. Me and my family do thousands and thousands of dollars worth of business with them flying about 20-30 times a year. We have an infant that is a 4hr flight away. We were there 30minutes a head of time with an infant so all of you with infants flying know how hard it can be at time. We had no baggage to check in at 5:15 in the morning and only a handful of people in the airport. But we could not get checked in because we were not there by 5:10.
This is one airline that will not get my business anymore, because there are others out there that will serve you much better. Spirit has the best service of all the airlines, but they are still an up and coming airline. Honestly if you have a choice to fly any airline besides US Airways I would take the opportunity, because if you dont you will not be satisfied with what you get from from flying US Airways. There are cheaper airlines out there with better service and comfort in-flight.
This is not the first time I have had problems with US Airways, but this was the last time I will have a problem with them. On several occasions I have had the people checking me or my family in, be very rude to us. And I have even had a guy at the check-in counter throw my bag 5ft across the area, right in front of me and not care. The people that work for US Airways are not respectful and do not care for their customers.
