Yes, and inorder to say that, perhaps, you need to have good hair on your head! Unless you find being bald is sexy., but I don’t belong to the club called “The BALD and the beautiful!”
So, what do you do for that? Maintain healthy hair on your scalp. Now, I am not a doctor, though I did study biology in my college days! However, what I am going to touch are some common things one should do in order to maintain his or her hair.
To start with, make sure to keep your scalp and hair clean. Always remember, the most important part of your hair are the roots- as long as your hair roots are fine, you hair is fine-, so, besides that, as a common man like me, you can ignore the finer points of thin. non-shiny, dull.blah.blah hair! And how do you know that your hair roots are doing fine- well, for that make sure that the roots are clean, they get enough oxygen, get nourishment and there is a good blood circulation.
There are many ways in order to maintain good blood circulation on your scalp. I personally recommend brushing the hair gently atleast once a day but for a long time. Secondly using some good oil. On my holidays and when I am not socializing, I usually apply ‘sarsoon ka tel’(mustard oil). Even though it’s heavy and sticky and a strong smell, it definitely improves scalp blood circulation and there is an old jungle saying that the hair never grows grey/ white if one applies sarsoon ka tel. But if you are one of those who would say ‘eeeks!’ to this hair oil, well, an alternative that I could suggest is Bajaj’s Almond Drops hair oil. It has a nice light fragrance- sometimes gives me an impression of a cold cream fragrance. You may give it a try by purchasing the smallest bottle available in the market of 50ml.
Coconut oil brands in the market are almost same. Though I never use them, I think that they might be useful. Another oil worth trying out is Alma hair oil. It has good cooling effect and is nourishing like Almond hair oil.
A small note about shampoos, I would always recommend using herbal or natural or egg shampoos. I am not sure about the safety factor in using the chemically boasting shampoos available in the market.
To add to what I mentioned, your stomach and digestive system also has a direct relation to healthy hair. Keeping your digestive tract and stomach clean and healthy is very essential inorder to maintain naturally healthy hair.
Dear readers, always remember, hair is a very delicate part of your body. And it’s only sensible to be very choosy in using the products you use for your hair.
