Eat Healthy - Live Healthy.

You must have to develop the habits of eating healthy. Also you must have to learn the healthy eating techniques also, cause if you do not do this right now it will cause you harm, may be not now but definitely later. It will happen. So all I tell you Build good habits of eating well and live always healthy, fresh. What we eats directly affects on your mood, on our fitness. If you eat too much now, it will cause harm to your stomach tomorrow, If you eat oily your mood will not be fresh after few hours or it can cause harm to your throat. If you used to eat fresh fruits daily in morning your mood will be always fresh. Your skin will be always glowing, which will directly contribute in your happiness level. In this way all this things are direly connected to each other. So we must have to develop the healthy eating habits daily. Eating healthy is a broad term in itself, but I can share with you some of the healthy foods and eating healthy techniques which are as follows.


1) Develop a habit of drinking minimum of 2 glass of water after getting up in the morning. It will always keep your stomach clean and prevent you from lots of diseases.


2) Take a strong breakfast daily. Eat fresh fruits juice in morning. The fruits may be anyone which you like e.g you can eat one banana - Banana is a full of carbohydrates, which will give you instant energy. So by eating one banana in morning you can feel yourself full of energy. Also you can include fresh raw vegetables, spinach in your breakfast. Also you can eat 2 eggs for your breakfast.


3) Take lunch at afternoon. In lunch eat chapati, bhaji, rice. Also you can include lemon, onion, in your lunch, but dont eat spicy foods.


4) Take a lightly dinner. Dont eat too much before going to bed. Take the dinner around 7:00 pm. your dinner must be light. Dont eat too much for dinner. Also you can take fresh fruits juice at night.


5) Now I would like to share you the technique how to eat foods. Dont eat foods fast. Take your meal always silently. Chew your foods for 32 times in order to keep yourself slim and physically active. Also by doing this you will become mentally strong. If you chew your food for 32 times the problem of overweight cant touch you in your whole life.


Follow this simple techniques, all the do’s and donts and always keep yourself fit and active.
