Eat Healthy, Stay Healthy

Life is moving very fast. Nowadays everybody is busy that’s the reason why they don’t get time to concentrate on what they eat. Eating Healthy is the one of the most important thing to be take care of. One should see to it that whatever they eat contains the proper amount of proteins, fat, water, vitamins & carbohydrates. In other words one should have a Balanced Diet.


Always start your day with a warm glass of water with honey. After having that u should have good breakfast. Breakfast should be eaten like a King. Your breakfast should contain lots of fruits, egg-whites, a glass of milk or tea or may be you can have a sandwich. But one shouldn’t forget that Breakfast is very important as our body gets no food for 8-10 hours.


Lunch-Lunch should be eaten like a Normal Man and should contain salads, soup or cooked vegetable or may be non vegetarian food like chicken, mutton, fish. If you are a non-vegetarian eater u can enjoy eating chicken and fish more as they are healthier.


Snacks-This is the time where all the wrong food comes into action. Usually we don’t understand what to eat during our snacks. We just enjoy having Bhel puri, Pani puri, Wada Pav the most popular food of the Mumbaikars & all the junk stuffs. These foods should be eaten once a week as they are very tasty and cannot be resisted. Snack time one should eat may be fruits or salads or a sandwich or may be a glass of milk.


Dinner-Dinner should be eaten like a beggar It should just contain the right foodthe reason for this is that our body is in the process of digestion the whole day like our body our digestive system is also tired so it cannot digest more food as it does in the morning. Try to avoid eating carbohydrates like rice at night & may be you can have a glass of milk before sleeping.


Your diet should have at least 8-10 liters of water as it washes all the chemicals in your body. A healthy person is one who has more percentage muscles than the fat in their body. If a person is fat that doesn’t mean that he is not healthy as he/she can have more percentage of muscles than fat. One can always do a Body Fat analysis and get the percentage of muscles, fat, water content, resistance. Many gyms now a days offer that facility.
