Tips

  • Drinking more than 8 glasses of water per day helps a lot, in that way you drop out the non-nutrients things you’ve had(including lipid cells) and also it’s good to the acne, because you are desintoxicating your body.

  • Eat breakfast -it  is very important, you should try something like: in breakfast eat 2 toasts with white cheese, an egg and a glass of yogurt; then on lunch, meat and salad, and if you want a very little amount of carbohydrates, and in dinner eat a fruit.

  • Make 50 or more abs before eating a meal, drink 1 glass of water before eating a meal, and another glass of water after eating a meal . during the afternoon drink 2 glasses of water or more and also you can eat celery, or carrot, or maybe a light yogurt .

I did a diet like that and I started to look thinner in 3 days( Maybe you don`t have that result, or maybe you have taht result earlier, it depends on the metabolism)
