Health tips without medicines

All your medicines , treatment and doctor are available in your kitchen. better follow it religiously so that you need not go to anything called ’hospital’ or ’pharmacy’.


Headaches - Eat plenty of fish - fish oil helps prevent headaches.


Inflammation, pain - Ginger


Strokes - take more tea in place of coffee or anyother soft drinks. It Prevents buildup of fatty deposits on artery walls .


Asthma - Onions - it relaxes bronchial tubes .


Diarrhea- Apples , Honey - Grate an apple with its skin, let it turn brown and eat it to cure this condition.


Stomach upsets - Ginger, dry ginger, which you get in herbal shops. boil it in water with jaggery and have it.


Indigestion - ginger, lemon


acitidy - Onion.


Colds - garlic , drink more hot water, steaming. it melts the mucos.


blisters and mouth ulcers - adhimathuram a medicated thing from bark of a tree.


tooth ache - clove.


Diabetes - nuts from jackfruit, neem leaf, mustard water really keeps the sugar in control.


throat ache - milk with turmeric and pepper powder.


instant energy - Fresh mutton, chicken , vegetable hot soups


Stick on to all home made food than to ready made ones which invites stomach upsets and system disorders.


According to hindu mythology a person need to take ginger, turmeric , any citric and garlic daily .


one has to be away from maida as it sticks on to the intestine, more salt, more sugar, more garam will drive u crazy and end up with their own disorders. avoid salt in curd, sugar in milk, more spice in food.


there is a old saying


More sprouts, fresh juices. even for a single rupee we can get citrus filled lemon juices .


There is a funny ancient saying. If you take medicine ailment will be cured in 1 week but if you dont take medicine I will be cured in 7 days :-)

monthly once dont take food and stick on to juices, milks and stay fit. just give a break / holiday for your internal digestive systems  in your stomach.
