I use to take GINSENG that is made from a root of a plant grown in Asia. I know that GINSENG is made in Canada and the United States but I would not advise anyone to use those pills. You might think that they were the formulas would be’regulated’ but I do not think they are because only prescribed Medicine is regulated. Asians have been using GINSENG for Centuries and know how to make it properly.
It helped me with the’hot flashes’ I got every night while I was going through my Menopause. Can you imagine what it was like to go without sleep for almost ten years? I’found’ GINSENG the last two years of this phase of my life.
Ginseng improved my skin and even though I have not taken a capsule for five years I have very few wrinkles. I am not afraid to tell you my age that is 64. At this grand old age it is very nice to have smooth and soft skin.
It also helped stop my Migraine Headaches. After taking GINSENG for three months I have never had a Migraine again.
Then came a time when my Doctor made me stop taking GINSENG! I am Bi-Polar and taking Medicine to help me with my illness. GINSENG was’throwing’ off my Medication. I did not want to do it but I had to stop using this magical pill.
I was told that GINSENG is a blood thinner. If you are taking a prescribed blood thinner you can bleed to death.
GINSENG is great and might help you with your digestion, diabetes, help your immune system and can help you sleep.
I highly recommend GINSENG to you AFTER you ask your Doctor if it will not interfere with any Medications you are taking.
