I thought Usha brand serves very good products and bought this food processor last year in may. From then I started struggling with this product. When I try to process dosa batter or idly or any chutney it will automatically stops working. Then I have to wait for some time and press load button inside. Then it starts working. For low loads also it gives same problem. I won’t give heavy load to it. Very bad product. Service engineer also visited few times. But same problem. I suggest not to buy this product.
