I couldn't slow down the heat of this heater, the heater runs on its maximum heat. It was a faulted product, so I took this heater to the shopkeeper and ask him to exchange this heater to the new one but he denied to exchange the heater and he put the seat on a warranty in. He returned this heater after 4 day. However the problem is not solved yet so I called to USHA customer service and they also didn't help me out with this. After that I took this heater to the local repair shop and that guy repaired this heater. The servicing of this company is very bad they just do not look after your problems. I will not buy anything in the future from This brand
