I have been using Usha’s halogen heater for 1 year now and I’m extremely dissatisfied with its performance. Within 1 month of buying it was having operational issues, one of its switches stopped working, we didn’t bother getting it repaired as the rods were still working and heating was satisfactory. Few months later, again one of the heating rods stopped working. We took it to the service centre and they took whole week for repairing, meanwhile we had to bear the chilling January without heater. After repair, it still had sparking issues. It has become a regular thing now. We have to take it for repair it every one-two months! It keep on getting faulty!
I don’t recommend buying heater from Usha. their customer service is really poor and their electronic products are cheap quality and keep showing manufacturing defects. I’m using a different brand of heater now.
