The product build is cheap (you will end up breaking the tap etc. very soon). Rarely will the stand be available. Installation engineer came after one week and disappeared after. There is only 1 person to service USHA in the whole state of Karnataka by the name of Mr Ayub and he is the worst person to deal with and totally unreliable. Our purifier is off since 3 weeks and there has been no effort to visit (please note that it is only 5 months old).
Please go for any other brand especially since this is directly linked to your health, these guys are absolutely pathetic and deserve to go bankrupt
