Usha has a household name in India. But only in the name of fans. Do not buy any other products from Usha. They are using their household name and cheating consumers with low quality products. Of course you can still buy Usha fans, they are good and no doubt about it.
Sewing machine is the last thing you buy from Usha. Their service is not good. Customer care is good, but finally the service guys who are supposed to do the actual fixing are not good. There are several products at home. When we call customer care, the service guys come within 24 hours and repair. Charging money for repair is good. But Usha guys, they never turn up instead they call you to their show room. Raised a complaint with customer care and all 3 times the service guy did not come up.
