To my surprise, the warranty is only for the mixer not on the jars. Even though it’s defective.
I bought Usha FP 3811 on 20th May 2024. After a week I tried first time to make milkshake, but the juicer/blender jar was leaking from the bottom, blade attachment. I raised a complaint, the service engineer said the blade attachment needs to be replaced and this will not cover warranty and I have to pay Rs. 400. Even Usha customer care executive repeated the same and they can’t help. On top of that, the service engineer said that we won’t get the spare parts of any of the jars, but needs to purchase a new one if any defect. Or we need to manage with some local spare parts.
Worst service.....
