Usha machines are good but I would suggest not to buy any advanced models like Janome etc which does more than plain stitching and need a demo. UHSA customer support is pathetic. No one will come for demo even after 10 requests.
Every time they will say we will send the demo person but no one will come. I am facing this for more than 2 months. Without demo machine is useless, so never buy, go for some other manufacturer but no USHA. This is the only way USHA will learn lesson and improve its customer support. Till now there is no accountability.
