I purchased this machine about 2 years ago to gift to my sister. I bought it for aprox Rs. 10000. It is a good product and have many functions but after 6 months of usage some part in the machine got brocken.
The machine was under warrenty, so, we called them to check whats wrong and they didn’t even came to check it but they even asked us to give Rs. 4000 to replace the part, that’s almost half the price of the machine. So, I had to repair it myself. I can say that it is a good product but they have pretty bad after sale service.
