My dad and mom bought this Usha Lexus water heater from Central defence canteen two years back with high hopes of USHA brand, But after two years of service it stopped working. Eventhough we have not used it much.
Finally called up a service center with the complaint number- 18001033111 which is very difficult to reach first of all and then their pathetic service. PATHETIC service will be too mild a word for their service response. Even after 15 days you still hear a responce we have escalated the matter and all the other official customer response words finally even tried calling their customer service center in bangalore.
As expected nobody bothered to pick up the call. When I contacted Customer Care with this response he says there is no service personnel in bangalore. What a SHAME for a such a reputed company. It doesn’t have even one service personnel to attend in Bangalore.
SO GUYS BEWARE YOU BUY a USHA PRODUCT. USE IT [as long it can work] and THROW IT that should be their slogan. if Anybody has any doubts on this complaint. They can log into the customer care and verify the complaint number status.
