I have bought Usha Lexus Water Heater 6 years back.Its quality is suspect.Within 6 months, it stopped working.I had to call Usha service centre many times.Finally the technician appeared.He fixed it.
It worked for 9 months and stopped working again.I had to call Usha service centre many times.Usually nobody picks up phone.Rarely, we can talk with customer care executives.
Somehow managed to get it fixed this time also.Same thing repeated.7 breakdowns in 4 years.Inferior quality product from the so called "Great Brand" - USHA Beware! The quality has gone down pathetically.Do not buy this product
