after few days I found the wheels are broken from one side of heater , I consult local dealer to resolve the problem.
He suggest me to contact customer care and give me the toll free number of c c as 180010331 , I booked my complaint , as complaint number 3120420/10, he assure me that my complaint will be follow up in 48 hrs ,
This complaint was booked in the month of Jan 2012. Till today ie 8th Nov 2012 , 48 hours of that company is not completed so that he does ’NT take interest to solve the problem.
