My Usha Lexus Geyser was out of order and I lock the complain with Service Plaza on 04.11.2011 and I was told that It will be attended within 24 hrs. but to my surprise and repeated complaining till sunday no body has come. today they have come but couldn’t rectified the problem. and said that it will take another two days .Now winter has come and to rectify the geyser they are taking 6 days (approx) to Clear.
these people came to my house with old parts/substandards parts which they told that It is new and original parts but I refused to it. It is better not to buy Usha Products any more.
